Join
Pop on over to the Investor Portal, make a profile and watch your inbox for our next offering. The portal will be your dashboard for your investments with Nomad.
Invest
You will join the Nomads with an investment of cash or self-directed IRA or 401k funds and be a Pattern on the new LLC established to acquire the new asset.
Review
When a new deal passes the Due Diligence phase, it gets launched to our Investor list and we are happy to answer any and all ?s to see if it’s a fit for your goals.
Grow
The cash flow from the asset will be split into quarterly distributions paid through the investor portal, and you’ll receive regularly scheduled reports to track how the property is performing.
