Drake Massa
Director of Acquisitions
Drake’s business history involves the creation, expansion and leadership of his landscape design company while attending college. Drake is responsible for over $100 million in assets purchased with Nomad Capital. In his spare time, he enjoys anything outdoors whether that’s fishing on his boat, sitting on a sandbar, watching sports or cheering on his Atlanta sports teams.

Asset Management and Investor Relations
Hannah Bono
Director of Marketing
After moving across the country to Wilmington, NC with her husband and two pups, she attended a Nomad Capital meet-up that caught her attention. She was immediately drawn to the company’s mission to help people achieve financial independence through real estate investing.
When she’s not working, you can find Hannah spending time with her family, making pottery, and working on home renovations.
Josh Blackham
Commercial Property Manager
Heather Miller
Office Manager / Investor Relations
Heather is thrilled to be a part of the Nomad team. Heather, her husband Robert, and their dog Echo moved from Michigan to North Carolina in August of 2022. They followed their daughter and son-in-law after the news that their first grandchild was on the way. “We never had a desire to leave Michigan. Funny how such a small being can impact such big decisions.” She has a passion for the Nomad mission and is grateful to have this career path be one of the many blessings of their adventure that was put in motion by a tiny human. When Heather isn’t working, you’re likely to find her and Robert at the beach – no matter the weather, no matter the season.
Nathan Landoli
Administrative Assistant
Before working at Nomad, he was an Assistant Director at Chick-fil-A where he gained 2 years of experience in management. He was responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business as needed. This included managing inventory, training new and existing employees on proper practices, and ensuring his team’s success. In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing soccer, coaching a local soccer team, helping at his church, enjoying the great outdoors, and spending time with his friends and loved ones.
